Shipping Policy

Shipping Carriers:

We use UPS or DHL for all custom orders and checkout through our shopping cart.

International Orders:

We may require some additional information from you before your shipment is made.  Local duty, taxes and brokerage fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot quote these. Due to contractual obligations, we may not be able to ship some products to specific countries. Contact us for details.

 

Shipping Estimates:

Our shipping calculator will give you an estimate of your actual shipping charges using product weights. Select the item(s) you want by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Proceed to the shopping cart. After entering your zip code you will be able to access to the shipping calculator. You can choose from different service options and compare charges in the checkout process before submitting your order.

 

Shipping Guarantees:

Customized products will be shipped within 35 working days after confirming the customized requirements. Every order will be shipped as soon as possible. However, Protph does not guarantee arrival dates. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
